Zeta Producer is a very flexible system. As your experience with the system increases you will find many more useful features. Some examples:

Detecting "dead" links

With a single mouse click you can list all invalid internal links on your website. Your visitors will never get an "404 - page not found" error!

Show unused images and files

The longer your website exists, the more unnecessary files accumulate. With these functions the files can be listed and deleted in one step.

Use the "properties"-function of the page to set start- and/or end-dates for the object. zeta producer will automatically show or hide this object at the dates you've entered.

Important: To make the changes visible online, the website must be published. This can be done automatically by the Windows scheduler. See the appendix in the zeta producer Desktop manual for details and examples.

Of course you can use JavaScript within articles. But what about server-side scripts? No problem: as a desktop-CMS, zeta producer does not need any server-side code for displaying its pages. You can use any scripting language you like within zeta producer projects by merely setting the correct filename extension in the page's properties.
