For a successful conversion, you will need to have the latest
version 8 installed.
You can download the most recent version 8 at "Download older
versions".
2. Create back-ups
Either manually or using the "Create back-ups" function, you will need to create back-ups of your web projects and your individual layouts.
3. Copy web projects and individual layouts
After you have created your back-ups, copy your web projects and your individual layouts - you will generally find them in the following folders:
Windows Vista and Windows 7:
- C:\User\Yourname\Documents\zeta producer Desktop 8\Projects
- C:\User\Yourname\Documents\zeta producer Desktop 8\Layouts\ENU
Windows XP:

Windows XP:
- C:\Documents and settings\Yourname\My documents\Zeta Producer Desktop 9\Projects

If you use the "standard" webproject as your own, then please remember to delete the "standard" project in the projects folder in version 9 and paste in your own "standard".
5. Converting
- Start Zeta Producer Desktop 9.
- Then, click on the "Open web project" dialogue window.

- Confirm by clicking "OK".
The conversion process begins automatically, but can take a few minutes to complete.
